At SteelUltra, we are committed to ensuring that every order—especially those containing outdoor knives, EDC tools, and precision gear—is shipped safely, legally, and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines our standards, obligations, timelines, and compliance measures. By placing an order with SteelUltra, you agree to the terms below.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or national holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Additional processing time may be required for:
    • Large-volume orders
    • Customized items
    • Items requiring extra verification due to regulations (such as knives)
  • If additional time is required, the customer will be notified by email.

2. Shipping Coverage

SteelUltra ships to a wide range of global destinations, including:

  • United States (Mainland)
  • United States – Alaska & Hawaii
    • Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from all free-shipping promotions.
  • Canada
  • European Union & United Kingdom
  • Australia & New Zealand
  • Middle East & North Africa (including Morocco, UAE, Saudi Arabia)
  • Selected Asia-Pacific regions

If shipping to your destination is restricted by carrier limitations or local import regulations, we will contact you within 24 hours to provide alternative options or issue a refund.


3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

SteelUltra works with reputable global carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS, Aramex, and certified regional partners.
All delivery windows below already include the additional 5 business days as requested.

Important Notes:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, remote locations, seasonal volume, carrier capacity, and unforeseen delays.
  • SteelUltra is not liable for delays caused by customs, government inspections, or carrier disruptions.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping is available only to eligible regions and for orders meeting the minimum purchase requirement shown at checkout.
  • Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from all free-shipping promotions due to higher handling and logistic costs.
  • For non-eligible locations, shipping fees are calculated automatically during checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.

5. Customs, Duties, Taxes & Import Regulations

For all international shipments:

  • Customers are responsible for all import taxes, VAT, customs duties, clearance charges, brokerage fees, and any additional costs imposed by the destination country.
  • SteelUltra will prepare accurate commercial invoices and legal declarations to facilitate customs processing.
  • Customs processing times vary by country and may extend beyond the estimated delivery window.
  • SteelUltra is not responsible for delays, holds, inspections, or returns caused by customs authorities.

If a package is returned due to unpaid duties, local restrictions, or failure to comply with import requirements, shipping fees are non-refundable.


6. Knife & Tool Shipping Compliance

Since SteelUltra sells regulated items such as knives, EDC tools, and tactical gear, strict compliance measures are followed:

  • All items are declared as “Outdoor Tools”, “Utility Tools”, or “EDC Equipment” in accordance with international shipping standards.
  • We do NOT ship knives or tools to regions where they are prohibited by law.
  • Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws on:
    • Knife importation
    • Knife possession
    • Blade length restrictions
    • Age requirements
  • SteelUltra is not liable for packages confiscated, delayed, rejected, or returned due to local legal or customs restrictions.

7. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking number
  • A tracking link for real-time monitoring

Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for the tracking information to become active.


8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

SteelUltra assists customers with carrier investigations in cases of:

  • Lost packages
  • Packages showing no tracking updates for extended periods
  • Items damaged during transit

Claim Window:
Customers must submit claims within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

SteelUltra is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by customs officials
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
  • Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but missing due to theft or local issues
  • Force majeure events such as weather disruptions or carrier strikes

9. Incorrect Address, Delivery Failures & Return-to-Sender

If a package is returned due to any of the following:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failure to collect or receive the package
  • Customer refusal
  • Inability of the carrier to deliver after multiple attempts

The customer is responsible for:

  • Reshipment fees
  • Any additional carrier charges incurred
  • Any customs or duty-related fees charged during the return

Shipping fees are not refundable for such cases.


10. Split Shipments

For operational efficiency and to reduce delays:

  • Orders may ship in multiple parcels when items originate from different warehouses, require special packaging, or involve restricted items like knives.
  • Customers will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
